Asset Manager

Non-profit organization with 5 apartment complexes seeks candidate to fill the position of Asset Manager.  The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience and expertise with HUD Section 8, Section 42 LIHTC and other affordable housing programs. Must also be CPM (Certified Property Manager) certified.  Incumbent is responsible for all phases of asset management of assigned properties; specifically, financial review, reporting, property manager oversight, tax and insurance review, property inspections, and resident support.  Position is responsible for partner, community and limited partner relations, financial structuring, and capital improvements for assigned portfolio.

Senior Property Manager

Non-profit organization with 5 apartment complexes seeks candidate to fill the position of Senior Property Manager.  The ideal candidate must have 5 years experience of property management.  Experience managing properties for non-profit organizations that deal with affordable housing programs is preferred.  Must be CPM (Certified Property Manager) certified.
