We are currently recruiting for our Monocacy Woods Development Project.  This project is in conjunction with the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick's Hope VI program.   Income requirements, based on family size, apply. 

The ideal candidate would earn a minimum of $38,000-40,000 a year (or have a Section 8 Voucher), have good credit, and a low debt to income ratio to be able to support a first mortgage.   Even if you do not meet these ideals, we encourage you to apply.
